This Privacy Policy explains how ZOLIV LTD, trading as Maison Made ("we", "us", "our"), collects and uses your personal data when you visit or buy from this website. ZOLIV LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17524576), registered office Flat 52 Bergenia House, Bedfont Lane, Feltham, TW13 4GE, United Kingdom. We are the controller of your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal data we collect

  • Contact and delivery details: name, billing and delivery address, email address and phone number if you give it.
  • Order details: products ordered, engraving text and personalisation notes, order history, returns and refunds. Card payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not see or store your full card number.
  • Communications: messages you send us, for example through our contact form or by email.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your data and our lawful bases

  • To process, personalise, deliver and support your order, including sharing your engraving text with the partner who personalises your item (performance of a contract).
  • To keep accounting and tax records and meet other legal duties (legal obligation).
  • To keep our website secure, prevent fraud and improve our store (legitimate interests).
  • To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email (consent).
  • To place non-essential cookies, only with your consent.

Who we share your data with

We share personal data only as needed with: our e-commerce platform provider (Shopify); payment processors; the partner who personalises your item (engraving text and order details only); delivery companies that carry your order; email and customer service tools; and professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of our service providers, including Shopify, may process data outside the UK. Where this happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep order and transaction records for 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, to meet UK tax and company law requirements. We keep other data only for as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@maisonmade.shop. We will respond within one month.
