Materials & care
Natural materials, chosen for character
Most of our pieces are made from acacia, a dense hardwood with warm, characterful grain. Our serving boards pair white marble with acacia, and the ocean board adds a sweep of blue resin. Because wood and marble are natural, no two pieces are quite alike.
Looking after it is simple: wash by hand, dry straight away and oil the wood now and then. Never soak it or put it in the dishwasher.

How does personalisation work?
Choose your board and any options, then type your engraving text in the personalisation box on the product page before adding it to your basket. Your text is engraved as entered, so please check spelling, capital letters and punctuation. See our Personalisation Guide for ideas.
How long will my order take?
Personalisation and dispatch take 2 to 4 working days, then UK delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. In total, most orders arrive within 4 to 8 working days. Orders placed after 2pm UK time, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, are processed from the next working day. If you need it by a certain date, please email us before ordering.
Can I return a personalised item?
Yes. Personalised items are normally exempt from the 14-day cancellation right, but we voluntarily offer 30-day returns on every order, including if you change your mind, as long as the item is unused and in new condition. Email us within 30 days of delivery for the returns address. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; faulty, damaged or incorrect items are returned free with a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
How do I care for my board?
Hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry straight away. Oil occasionally with food-grade mineral oil or board oil. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher. See our Care Guide for more detail.
